Coordinator, Invoicing
Coordinator, Invoicing - Calgary, Alberta (Job Code: IC-02)
As an integral member of Hallmark's Invoicing team, your primary responsibility is to support customer related invoicing & data entry requirements as directed by Account Management and Inside Sales.
More specifically:
- Maintain sales order (job) files
- Collection and filing of all paperwork for sales order (job) file
- Receipt of goods/services against purchase orders
- Produce sales invoice upon receipt of trigger document(s)
- Produce sales credit upon receipt of trigger document (s)
- Set up usage and production journal entries, including overhead services
- Entering job planning lines
- Creating job requisition lines
- File Management and Audit
- Managing order revisions with inside sales representative assistance
- Responsible for data entry and invoicing for contract customer service orders, including job creation and planning
Qualifications/Experience Required
- Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent and a minimum 3 years related experience
- Proficient understanding and use of computer applications, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in Navision an asset
- Strong organizational skills required with an emphasis on detail, also proven success in showing initiative and being proactive with day to day responsibilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of utilizing interpersonal skills very effectively in coordinating administrative tasks
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively manage their time
