Procurement Administrator
Procurement Administrator - Calgary, AB.
As an integral member of Hallmark’s procurement team, your primary responsibility is to ensure key administrative task are completed in order to support the Procurement and Inventory teams. This entry level role’s specific key responsibilities will include:
- Reconciliation of inventory by comparing the appropriate reports
- Ensuring logistics paperwork is effectively administered through the customs clearance process for rail and trucking companies (working with customs brokers)
- Storage and tracking of purchase order confirmations and material test reports
- Maintaining Hallmark’s tallies and invoice distribution
- General month end tasks (i.e. reports, etc.) as appropriate
Qualifications/Experience
- Minimum Grade 12 education, and/or post-secondary education and a minimum 1 year of related experience
- Excellent organizational and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability and professionalism in working with customers; able to discern the appropriateness of communications.
- Demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees and internal business partners.
- Capable of utilizing interpersonal skills very effectively in coordinating administrative tasks.
- Understands the importance of contribution within a team and individuals that make up a team.
- Capable of handling multiple responsibilities
