Keeping in line with this philosophy, we are currently introducing and implementing the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system, an internationally recognized standard for business management that will complement our existing processes. ISO 9001:2000 is more than providing consistent product or service. It is a systematic approach to ensure our management system is effective, customer requirements are satisfied and improvements are realized.
After consistently listening to our customers and business partners and incorporating their comments and advices into business processes and practices, Hallmark Tubulars has committed itself to meeting and exceeding the requirements of one of the most recognized and most widely used quality management standards in the world.
Our initiative in terms of implementing ISO 9001:2000 is well underway at this point and by mid 2008 Hallmark Tubulars expects to join the ranks of the companies certified and registered under ISO 9001:2000.
