Executive Team

Dale Albert, P.Log
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

As Hallmark's President and CEO since the beginning of 2007 until the end of 2011, Dale's experience in supply chain management has led to many of Hallmark's current strategic business ventures, including the Technical Services division and Integrated Tubular Solutions Centre in Nisku, Alberta. Dale was also accountable for the integration of our three divisions, which was beneficial to all stakeholders. Previously, Dale was Hallmark's Executive Vice President. He was part of the team that helped grow Hallmark from its modest early stage to the nine-digit revenues that it first achieved in 1998. Hallmark's reputation for supplying tubulars from world-class seamless and ERW mills allowed Dale and his team to develop long-term, strategic customer relationships and a global supply network second to none in the industry. Prior to joining Hallmark in 1991, Dale owned and operated an oilfield transportation company, and was the president of a start-up oilfield services firm in St. John's, Newfoundland. Dale began his career in the oil and natural gas industry in 1978. He worked in various areas, including NDT inspection, field warehousing and oilfield transportation.

Dale holds a P.Log. designation from the Canadian Professional Logistics Institute.
